So uh, judging by the timestap you’ll see on this comment, I thought I should read the How to Become an Early Riser! I think there’s some good advice in there but at the end, it kind of jumped the shark for me here: “Note, And if you really want to take sleep to the next level, read about my experiences with Polyphasic Sleep, where you only sleep 2-3 hours a day by taking 20-minute naps every few hours, around the clock.”
For me, taking sleep to the next level is sleeping in with the electric blanket set on 5 (the real irony of course is that I have to get up at 6am tomorrow for a ride).
