28.6 miler…
If you read the title and thought Ely has gone crazy and ran a marathon, I FOOLED YA! The 28.6 miles were on the bike.
Here are the stats…
Again, the stats definitely show the effects not biking for 3 monthes.
However, I am pleasently surprised that I can still do 28 miles without falling over (actually, I almost did when I got off my bike in the end). Cycling is the best way to burn fat I think. It keeps me at a good heart rate so I can go for a long time. Check out my stats! I burned 1544 calories!
I am pretty pooped. I think I’ll take a nap before THE SUPERBOWL!

ya, but the distance and speed info came from my bike computer. I didn’t have the foot pod on.

What does the foot pod do when you wear it on the bike? Does it just give crazy readouts?
