Here’s a quick run down of what I did in Vegas…
Mon: Halloween party at Studio 54. There were a lot of gay men, but it’s ok. There was also a lot of hot girls in costumes. I think Halloween is my new favorite holiday.
Tue: We didn’t make it to SEMA til 2:30pm (it closes at 5). We still managed to finish one of the halls though. At night, we ended up at Pure. Last time I went to Pure, the line was 3 hrs long and I never made it in. This time we got in after 30 minutes and FOR FREE! It was definitely too good to be true. It ended up being a HUGE sausage fest. I’d say it’s about 1 girl to 10 guys. HORRIBLE! Anyway, it was still cool to catch the Pussycat Dolls in action.
Wed: Probably the dullest day of the trip. Brian had to go meet up with some business partners, so I was on my own. Finished up another hall at SEMA then went back to the timeshare because my feet was killing me. Later on that night, we went to a lounge bar called Tao.
Thu: Finished up as much of SEMA as we could because I knew I couldn’t last another day. At night, we hit up Ra. They got a new thing going on in there called Exotique. Basically, it’s just really random people walking around and performing. There were midgets, magicians, cotton candy, monster, body painting, tranny dancers, counter-top dancers, fake Gwen Stefani, and other really random stuff. It was very entertaining. Definitely made up for the sausage fest. After the club, I still had 60 some dollars so I decided to try my luck at the roulette tables. It didn’t last long, so I pulled out another $240. By 6:30am, I ended up with $395.
Fri: Pretty much just packed up and had brunch at Gee Bee’s.
So that’s my vegas trip in a nutshell. The cars were pretty awsome, but I can’t really say the same about the parties. I guess the huge influx of “car guys” really screwed up the guy-girl ratios at the clubs. Would I come back again just for SEMA? Probably not…
Oooo, I just got some new Cole Haans.
YAY for me!
OK BYE BYE…
